I applied online through the company’s website. FYI, simple math and personality questions are apart of the application. The following day I received a call from the DM to schedule an in person interview. The interview was very conversational and lasted approximately 20mins- standard management type questions. The next day I had a phone interview with the director of stores (regional manager). This interview was also short and focused more on my management style and plans for the store. Three days later I had another phone with the HR manager. The tone of this interview was less conversational and more direct. We spoke for 30mins and covered everything from my educational background to my long and short term goals. I was offered a position the next day.

Applied via email, was contacted within a day to schedule interview with the DM. Had a delightful phone conversation with the DM - we talked shop, she asked questions about my experience and answered all questions I had about the company, location, training, etc. Felt more like a conversation with a friendly colleague than an interview. Had a 2nd phone interview with HR - typical HR-type interview: brief, to-the-point questions, but not unpleasant. Had a 3rd in-person interview with a Store Manager from the same market, and again it was a very engaging experience. Everyone I spoke with seemed very passionate about the brand and genuinely happy with their personal experience with the company.

Short and sweet. They do not tell you all expectations in interview and leave out important details. Asked questions about future and love for fashion. Dms are nice whoever was above her made me seem like I wasn't worth her time but still got the job!
