Its a three stage process with a sonru video interview, then face to face with a test architects(non- technical) don't know how they feel themselves as architect, Not a kind gesture not even a smile on their face at the time of interview, then they called me for another f 2 f which is with the Head of QA and a HR and they dont know where do i fit into the role and they asked me to come back for another F2F which is another half an hour session and the feedback was positive (I didn't understand what is meant by that) from HR without any clear points, Talent acquisition team or HR team doesn't how to handle interviews or dropping an email to the candidate
