Brief phone call followed by a 2 hr face to face interview, broken down into two sections. Hiring manager quite clearly was unprepared and didn't have any questions at hand to ask. He proceeded to ask the usual cliche questions and rely on his staff to ask anything worth while. Throughout the process he took no interest in my responses and sat looking at the wall! Massively disappointing as the team had a good vibe, a shame its run by someone thats out of their depth.
