In-person interview, Experience manager conducts the first interview, if they like you, they schedule you for another interview with the general manager. Once you pass the EM, your almost guaranteed.

Q: Tell me about yourself Q: What long-term goals do you have with the job Q: Why do you want to work at best buy? Q: If you had to explain a piece of technology to someone from the 1900s how would you do it? Q: If your manager gave you a list of tasks to be done by the end of they day but you have to leave in 5 minutes and you haven't finished your tasks what would you do?

Typical Interview with standard behavioral questions and role play questions. If you have any experience with interviewing, this should be very straightforward. They also ask about relevant Sales Experience and availability.
If you apply during Black Friday time you got a good shot at getting a first job. Meet with manager/gm in the back room and talk about any prior work experience, mostly behavioral, be alive and talkative, understand this is sales and they want you to attach cards and paid memberships.

The questions weren't necessarily hard to answer, however they did make me think. Think of typical interview questions (how would you handle xyz, name a time when xyz, etc...) Overall not too bad.
