IT was rather simple. Called in for first interview, interviewed. CAlled in for second interview, interviewed. Submitted my permission for a background Check and Drug Test (Did Both and passed both) Waited longer the time they told me Id be waiting (6 days more than what they told me AFTER my background check and drug tests both came out fine. After my background check and drug test cleared I was told that I would be contacted for onboarding in 1-2 days later. 6 days later I still heard nothing. I decided to call to follow up. I was told that the woman in charge of Human Rescources and on boarding reported that she called me 4 days earlier than my cool. She definetly did not as i was constantly by my phone waiting for THAT parituclar phone call. The manager I spoke with was confused why I wasnt called. That is when I decided to decline the offer I had previously accepted. It was clear that #1- HR Manager had no idea what she was doing, or she was just completely useless. #2- The right hand doesnt know what the left is doing (clearly no communication within management of all kinds)

Pretty fast. Got called same day I applied, scheduled for an interview with the GM the following week and got offered the job a few minutes into the interview. The key is being confident, positive and passionate about the position you are hiring for.
