1. Preselection Questionnaire - to be answered before the company is known and a role description has been received. 2. Face to Face interview - with 2 interviewers - one firing situation based questions while the other verbally attacking with a series of (irrelevant) questions while trying to answer the situation based questions. I was exhausted and confused after the first question which I was not allowed to answer since I was interrupted so many times. A few minutes later I realised I was getting bullied, even receiving a comment about looking into my notes. The bombardment of questions and the bullying continued throughout the session. 3.
