Very smooth and easy. It was a three-step process I met with a first-year associate. Then I met with a senior manager. Finally, I talked to one of the partners at the firm.

Interview process consisted of 3 rounds, 2 of which were with partners. Everyone was very friendly. Would highly reccomend to a friend or anyone entering the accounting workforce out of college.

Entretien
Went to University Career fair and met representatives from company, handed out my resume and then proceeded to apply through my university's internal career website. They invited me for an interview, and they also hosted a dinner the night before the actual interview. The purpose of the dinner was to get a feel of the interviewee's personality and interpersonal skills. The interview was pretty informal for me because I interviewed with a woman who I had been sitting and talking with at the dinner the night before. After the interview was over, she invited me to the second round of interviews in their NYC location. I have yet to go on the interview but I am looking forward to it!
