Awkward and only met with one person. Was brought into a back room and asked mostly conversational questions. It was very laid back and poorly prepared for on the interviewers part in my opinion.

Applied by email after seeing a job posting (Toronto) with the contact as the corporate email for the District Manager. Was contacted by a random store manager using a hotmail email account. That store manager set up the time for the interview. Went in for the interview, District Manager didn't even have the courtesy of a follow up or reply, even after I emailed a week later to ask about the status.
