Quick, phone based very easy to talk through with not a lot of questions asked. Gave the job quickly. Was concerned with how soon you can start mostly. THey want people who can sell and have the stamina to stay on the phone all day.

Quick interview, 30 minutes tops. Met with recruiter and sat with a rep and listened to them do their job. Talked about my experience. Was hired for the next day.

Pretty straight forward. Standard questions. If you can stay on the phone and are a closer they will hire you. Felt under dressed big time but that is the life of an inside sales call center.
