I submitted my application and less than a week later was called for an interview. After talking on the phone, we met and I was told that day management wanted to hire me. I started the "internship" (unpaid) process and worked really hard for 2-4 weeks then they had me sign my onboarding papers. Management tells you they're hiring you then doesn't actually hire you until you've been working for them for no pay for several weeks. Out of all the people they tell they want to hire, they only actually hire 1/5 of them so it's very misleading.
