The interview was daily simple and to the point. You first meet with the hr manager then they called around asking who needs an employee. I honestly thought it was a very easy interview. If they like you they will give you a tour and make you an offer. First they made me smile offer that I declined. Then I was called cal with a new offer that I did accept.

I met with a representative at a job fair. Interview was scheduled for three days later. Interview took place at a local Belk store. Interview was professional and pleasant. I was presented with a few options and told that I would be contacted in a few days. I was contacted two business days later.
