Entretien
Phone interview with either HR Director or Department Director. If positive then you are brought to the Corporate office for all day interviews with the following:
1. Director of e Commerce
2. VP of Merchandising
3. HR Director
4. Logistics/ Suuply Chain/ Replenishment Manager
5. Employee from the team that currently holds the same position (e Commerce Buyer)

What would you do if the customer wanted a product that did not make financial sense? Do you purchase/carry the item?
