I was a referral and had a brief discussion with the manager and got the job relatively easily. I think getting this job was one of the easier jobs I was able to obtain. However, this was back in 2010.

As I was filling out the online application, the manager on duty walked over to me and asked if I wanted to interview with him. I said yes and he took me to his office.

He asked what my experience was, how I would handle certain situations and then offered me the job.
One Interview with the department manager for a sales position. Super short, simple, and to the point.
I received the offer same down and then had to schedule onboarding with Human Resources.
It was your basic questions. Went fine. Nothing too detailed but it was for a base position at the holidays. They were looking for anyone dependable with a car basically.
