I was a referral and had a brief discussion with the manager and got the job relatively easily. I think getting this job was one of the easier jobs I was able to obtain. However, this was back in 2010.

Entretien
One interview and online training (3-5 days). Then you will train on the sales floor until management sees you can handle being on the sales floor without assistance. Management made you feel comfortable and they are always around to speak with. They have a pretty good open door policy and make you feel appreciated. Sometimes you aren't recognized, but majority of the work you do is noticed by your repeat customers.

Nothing was difficult or unexpected. The manager who interviewed me was generous in the information she gave me and asked me what positions I was interested in, which made the process of placing me in a department easy.
One Interview with the department manager for a sales position. Super short, simple, and to the point.
I received the offer same down and then had to schedule onboarding with Human Resources.
It was your basic questions. Went fine. Nothing too detailed but it was for a base position at the holidays. They were looking for anyone dependable with a car basically.
