Behavioural questions about the work experience.

It started off ok, 5 minutes into the process, I answered a question from the hiring manager - the people person had a very antagonistic demeanour which reflected in his first question, he took off being aggressive, was misquoting what I said and wouldn't let it go despite my assurances of the differences in situation, all while I kept my calm. The hiring manager had to jump in and resolve the situation. That put me off so much the rest of the interview was a blur and the only reason I didn't walk out was out of respect. They have not come back with any feedback thus far but I was so disappointed in the experience I had to put it out there. This is not for a starter position so panel's are not about creating pressure cooker situations with antagonistic aggressive behaviour, if you keep quoting Heart, hunger and Harmony....bring some heart and harmony to the interviews, as much as the candidate wants to impress you, you need to be representing the culture as well so the candidate wants to join your company. Highly disappointing experience.
