Entretien
Started off well and the interviews with most individuals were constructive. Feedback throughout the interview process was also positive but ghosted after completing the panel interview. If a candidate puts time into an interview they should at least receive a follow up one way or another.
The interview process consisted of a screening call with hiring manager followed by panel interviews. I then had to share a presentation which I prepared. After that, the company downgraded the position and didn't consider any Director level candidates.

Entretien
Two conversations - a phone screen and a Zoom call with the HM. The phone screen seemed OK. At the next meeting, the hiring manager was a no show. After rescheduling, she was 15 minutes late to the meeting. When I finally met with the hiring manager, she was super distracted and I got the feeling that she didn't think my questions, especially about the culture at the company, were very important. Among other things, I think working for a Chinese company in the US would have some cultural implications (or not) but she just kept repeating that they were a global company. She quickly wrapped things up after that, and so did I. I emailed the recruiter right afterwards and removed myself rom consideration.
