I interviewed with Bayzat in June 2023. The interview process started with a willo one way interview, and then an HR call, The HR only seem to be interested in discussing the salary part, neither discussing the what benefits/ perks company provided nor any candidate questions, The call ended within five minutes. Next came an assignment for Java that had some additions, enhancement and fixing to be done. beware they mention that it should take around 10 hours of work, but its takes around 20h if you do it properly. After the assignment you get scheduled for a technical interview, which has normal coding, db, system design questions. nothing too difficult. So after 2 weeks of work, I got a rejection mail, Their was no feedback on the mail on what can I improve, When I contacted with hr, she came up some point from the interview, which were lame at best, eg "you didn't indent the code properly". For assignment that took me 20H no feedback on that. My advise is to stay away, interviewing with them is a waste of time and energy.

STAY AWAY! I applied in July'22 for the position of Java Software Engineer at their Dubai office for a remote position. After submitting my application, i completed a 15 minutes MCQ based test. After three days, I received a video interview that I had to submit. It had different behavioural questions. A week after submitting my video interview, I received a call frok the HR who seemed very insistent that I tell about my expected salary without disclosing even the slightest of the benefits that I may receive. After this 5 minutes call with the HR, I received a 10 hour assignment link which had to be submitted by the way of a merge request on their test Gitlab repository in 7 days. The test involved some mandatory tasks, that I successfully completed, and some addtional bonus tasks, sole of which I did. After submitting my assignment, 5 days later I got a a notification email from Gitlab that my merge request as been approved by the assignment reviewer. 2 days later I received a generic email from Bayzat that they wish me well for my future and they've decided not to pursue my application. I was livid because I know that my assignment worked as it should, I not only completed mandatory tasls but also some bonus tasks as well. The least I expected was an actual feedback after putting in so much time and effort. Disgraceful. After going through this experience, If you're doing this to a candidate, I shudder to think what treatment is being meted out to an actual employee. I've come to know what I needed to know about the organisation which is why I wouldn't recommend anyone applying here to waste their time. NOTE TO HR: If you expect the candidate to put in so much time and effort for a 10 hour assignment, at least have a basic decency to give an actual feedback. This shows your complete lack of empathy and respect for a candidate's time and effort.
