J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. J'ai passé un entretien chez Baylis Medical Company (Toronto, ON) en août 2018
Entretien
The interview was short, we were asked to design a mechanical device (medical) as a competency exam. The exam had to be submitted in a 24hr interval. Once you pass this stage (your assignment is accepted), you're invited for another interview where your proposed design is challenged and you have to defend it.

HR is very junior does not have much knowledge. The HR representatives that do have experience just use a checklist to filter candidates and don't understand value of experience. I wouldn't recommend applying. They also ghost candidates and are not very good at following up.
