You have to print the application from the website and bring it to whatever store you want to work in. It's best if you give the application to a manager. They sometimes do on the spot mini interviews, so take advantage and dress to impress. After they review your application, they will call you and ask if you are available to come in for a group interview.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
