Entretien
Group interview. We showed up before the store open to the public and stood in a circle. Was super rushed, about 10 minutes total for the four of us. Manager asked questions and if you weren't the first or second person to speak up then you didn't get to answer. You can tell the manager didn't care about the answer but more about who stood out and personality. If you are super bubbly and a people person and know a lot of the store's products then you got the job.

Pick your favorite item and sell it to me. (This question was the one that matters so practice a quick 30-second pitch before the interview.)
Group interview. Typical questions about past experience, dealing with customers, and working with a team. They also ask you to pick a product and describe what you like about it like you’re trying to sell it.

Entretien
First, they called to set up an interview. Then, they interviewed in a small employee area of the store. They said they would get back to me within three days then they ghosted me. I called to follow up and was told they would get back to me the next week. Again, I was ghosted with zero communication (not even a rejection email).

Group interview with 2 other people. Pretty straightforward questions like your work experience, favorite scent, why you want to work there, and availability. The manager was super nice and friendly.
