After bringing my application to the store, I received a call asking if I would participate in a group interview. I was interviewed with 3 other people in the storage room and we were asked situational questions and each answered, one after another. To be honest, the reason I got the offer between me and another person, was because I brought the manager a Thank You note the next day.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
