Entretien
The process was relative short. I had an initial phone interview with a HR Manager then I was brought into the office to have an interview with the Manager and Director of the Bank's group. The majority of questions asked were behavioral in nature.I asked two questions which were technical. Once the interview was over, feedback was provided a few days later.
So there were 3 rounds ( it was a campus placement drive] -
1st round - behavior based questions + aptitude
2nd round - presentation based + group discussion
3rd round- personal interview

they asked about the problems they face right now, their solutions for those problems and asked us if we had better slutions or if their solutions were optimal
We had 2 rounds. Both was done by the business team. The process was smooth and the team was interesting to interact with. At the end 1 candidate was selected for the BIA role.

They asked me if I was interested in a job that dealt with document reading and crunching or one where would get to analyze data and derive informations from it

Both interview rounds were HR based for me, for some candidates it was CV based also. Revise the company's values very well, and showcase in your answers that you possess them too
