A very warm interview (or I could say more discussion). Since its a consultant position, the interview was really focusing on deep discussion on how my expertise can help them achieve their goal.

After six e-mails; (lots of information from me to them) and two phone interview, I was promised a follow up by the end of the week, but never heard back! It’s been several months now, and no responses to my e mail or voice messages. I am disappointed in the lack of basic courteous behavior. Is this typical of Americans now? I expected more from a non-profit organization which claims to assist needy people and countries.
