J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Bankers Life en janv. 2017
Entretien
First Interview: Sit in a room with 10+ people and a person from BANKERSLIFE will give a PowerPoint presentation. It took about an hour and we were told to complete a character sheet. They said that the people who do well on the sheet will get called back for second interview.
Second interview: Got called for the second interview. It was basically the same as the first interview but this time there were only 5 people in the room with you. The person who gave the second presentation went in depth and explained all what the company offered. The presenter was very nice and knowledgeable. You feel very comfortable. They also had a number of surveys and sheets they wanted us to complete. I was told that there are two more interviews after that but just don’t know if I will be called in again. :)
Good luck!

Seemed more of a sales pitch the first day. The return interview was more of a laid back question and answer period. Great opportunity to work for yourself and set your own hours.

Very laid back, told you how much possible potential and money there was to be made. Preferred hire is even more laid back. This is just my experience at this branch others might me different.
