Online interview, the questions were all simple and straightforward. Communication from the coordinator was poor, and it was nearly impossible to get a reply. Not sure the manager really was in a position do the interview, another person that was supposed to be there no showed.

First, there was an HR screening that was highly professional and well-handled. However, during the subsequent video conference call, it quickly became evident that my expertise on the subject far exceeded that of the hiring managers. I lost interest almost immediately, as the questions being asked were more appropriate for someone with only one year of experience. It gave me the impression of a company where people are promoted beyond their level of competence. Not a place where I would like to be as that clearly is corporate politics over competence. In fact the actual hiring manager, superior to the position, hardly said a word. Not really wast of time, but clearly not a match.
