The engineering job interview was thorough, assessing technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and communication. The panel demonstrated a deep understanding, fostering a positive and insightful atmosphere for candidates. The presentation part was enjoyable.
Three interviews (mix of virtual and recorded). One interview behavioral and one technical interview with hiring manager and another with actual team. I was ghosted by HR for 6 months before i rejected.
