I applied for the position and after 5 weeks they contacted me to take a digital Interview on HireVue very easy they ask 6 questions, you have 1 minutes to prepare answering each question You need a good internet connection, a computer and a quiet place

Why did you decide to your degree and what interest you about Baker Hughes Have you already repaired a piece of an equipment, tell us about it Why should we hired you Tell us about the moment you worked with a difficult team member and what did you do… A field engineer is not always being far from home what makes you a suitable candidate for this position?
After the CV screening, There is a virtual interview. I did not pass this stage, so I do not know the following stage. It took so much time to reply. They replied with a rejection after nearly one year.

Applied on Linkedin, then HireVue, 2 months later, an email said that I have passed the 1st round, 2nd round is held 1 months later. The process is kindda confusing and slow; you don't know wheather you fail or pass
