Digital interview, u will be evaluated through hirevue by an HR, some questions will be asked to u & u have 2 record ur answers 4 a specific time specified by the 1 who made this interview, u should record using both cam & audio, then u r supposed to upload ur recording videos.. An employee of Baker hughes comp will evaluate u according 2 ur answers, this process may take 2 to 3 weeks. The 1 who passes the 1st stage will then be selected 2 have an interview with the hiring manager.
