She described the role, expectations, and asked questions about my background in sales account management. She asked that I complete a Predictive Index questionnaire and that BairesDev typically has 3 interview rounds before making an offer. She also described the BairesDev onboarding process, tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, and home grown tools).
