I had 4 rounds of interviews: 1) HR recruiter, 2) Hiring manager, 3) colleagues in the department who will work closely with the person in this position, and 4) their senior leader (VP level)

screening call followed by hiring manager, team members and a challenge. The whole process had approx 2 months. I waited a month before receiving the first call. It was to do something I do for quite a long time so it was very easy for me. Hiring manager had some really good questions. Bain is a consultancy firm so make sure you have a first of class ppt to show the team for the task and be a champion presenting it.
