Online personality test (Pymetrics) - a bit like Lumosity. Then 3x 45 min interview with consultants/case team leaders (first round) and 2x 45 min interview with principals/partners. Both were 5 mins of conversation / 35 mins case / 5 mins questions from interviewer. Very supportive environment, interviewers help guide and point out math errors before they affect your answer.
First - a Fit interview with Partner, which supposed to be followed by Case Study Inetrview, but I unexpectedly faced a standard Gorilla test, the results of which HR refuse to share

Good interview process. Response was quick and was able to hear back on the outcome in a couple of days after the interview. 3 stags overall including the initial HR screening followed by a case study.
Case interviews in both Japanese and English. Case interviews were more like Fermi estimations for market size/customer size rather than formal business-structured case interviews. Brief introductions at the beginning, but generally not too focused on socialization.
