J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Bain & Company (Paris) en déc. 2017
Entretien
Round 0 - Conversation in English on the phone, small business case (why are Starbucks stores located so close one another?) and motivations for Bain.
Written English test : summary of a business article in 10 bullet points. Be straightforward, clear.
Round 1 - Two case interview with managers, typical 35-min strategy cases with lot of challenge on business acumen, computations and case cracking. 10 min of fit interview after the case (why Bain, why consulting...)
Round 2 - Two 45min interviews with top partners of the cabinet, they are the ones to decide if you’ll te an offer or not. More challenging on your past experiences, cases are more complex with no calculus, only business sense. Testing creativity, leadership and how you behave.
You need to build a connection with your interviewer because he’ll judge how much he wants to work with you... or not
Interviewers were really nice, but the process was difficult. Standard level cases and they expected you to take them through multiple business problems. If you practice casing frequently with multiple partners, you should be fine.

Question 1
Please walk me through how you would approach this case.
2 cases for R1. Pretty straightforward cases about revenue optimization opportunities. There was a little bit of market sizing but all data needed was given. No behaviorals asked in round 1 for me.
