Entretien
One of the best interview experience I've ever had! Applied online from a non-target early October and got invited to a first round interview beginning of January. First round consisted of two 30 minutes interviews with Associate Consultants and Consultants in the Boston office. Cases were pretty straight forward (breakeven and profitability) that took around 20 minutes with 10ish minutes at the end dedicated to fit questions. Second round were two 45 minutes interview with recruiting Partners (30 minutes case, 15 minutes fit). First round was a bit on the easier side if you prepare, perhaps 6/10 in terms of difficulty with second round being a bit more difficult (8/10). Honestly, it would be fine if you do the usual consulting prep.

2 cases for R1. Pretty straightforward cases about revenue optimization opportunities. There was a little bit of market sizing but all data needed was given. No behaviorals asked in round 1 for me.

2nd long case with a deck to read and prepare answers..45 mins to read, 15 mins to answer
Three rounds of interviews, generally 2 rounds in person or remote with live consultants. Each round involves a 2-3 case interviews each, which generally also include a set of behavioural questions.
