Entretien
Applied online, did relatively simple online test. First round consisted of 1 case interview and 1 competency + market sizing interview (both ~35-40 minutes). Final round was one "interactive written case" and two case interviews with managers/partners. Was told after first round that if you are doing well they are likely to push you with off-the-cuff challenging questions.

Tell me about a time you had to deal with a conflict?
Market entry, profitability, and growth cases.
Written case involved going through ~30 slides of info and presenting findings, involved filling in a table of data which required many calculations.
Interviewers were really nice, but the process was difficult. Standard level cases and they expected you to take them through multiple business problems. If you practice casing frequently with multiple partners, you should be fine.

2 cases for R1. Pretty straightforward cases about revenue optimization opportunities. There was a little bit of market sizing but all data needed was given. No behaviorals asked in round 1 for me.

2 rounds, 1st round 2 small cases, not very difficult , market entry cases.
2nd long case with a deck to read and prepare answers..45 mins to read, 15 mins to answer
