Pretty standard phone interview followed by in person follow ups. Interview was conversational and in a relaxed setting, encouraged honesty to ensure a good fit for each other.

Sat down with Sales Manager and went over previous sales experience ans well as a couple of simple scenarios. They definitely look for experience however they are very engaged in ongoing training throughout the entire organization and placed a high emphasis on hiring the right person ( personality )
