Interview was postponed because the Michelle Ware, President of BOMAGLA was ill. I was contacted by another employee that stated Michelle would call me back to reschedule the interview. I held days in my schedule to interview the following week to potentially interview. I was really looking forward to meeting with Michelle and Desmond Brown, my would be superior. In the Member Relations Manager position, one of the prime objectives is to reach out to associate members to basically make sure that they are getting everything possible out of the organization. BOMAGLA could not even do the right thing with a courtesy call or e-mail acknowledging the position had been filled. I'm surprised how some organizations can be so unsympathetic for applicants.
