Was referred for the role by an employee. Went in for an interview with the hiring manager. Interview was roughly 30 minutes. Had a chance to meet some of the team. The team was diverse.

It went very smooth with the HR Business Partner and the head of department. They were very curious and open-minded and gave you the feeling that your opinion matters. Questions were professional, but also on a personal level as competencies alone were not the only criteria.
