I was recommended by a manager currently working at BAE Systems. There was a 1 on 1 meeting with a current ELDP with basic behavioral questions. About a week later a panel interview was scheduled with three employees: the ELDP manager, hardware designer, and current ELDP. The interview was easy and covered the information on my resume. No technical questions outside of what was on my resume were asked. I was also required to give a brief 5-10 min presentation on a topic provided given to me by the recruiter.
