I applied online and was selected for an interview. There were all young people around, which shows that their business model may be to hire young employees to pay less and keep costs low. The interview was pretty straightforward, easy questions about the company, basic competency questions and then I got an email stating that I got through.

Quick and straightforward. They didn't make it like other interviews where you would have to "state five things you would describe yourself" or ask you "why do you want to this job". They know that you're just applying because you need a job.

The interview process was really easy. Just a few questions and i got the job next day. The role was for customer service assistant temporary. There was around 5 simple questions.
