I have never seen any interview process where a employee judge some one based on his first company just because he has some personal grudges with that company , second thing the interviewer is not someone who can tell what I have written on my resume . My honest review is don't take the candidate as if he doesn't know anything else and he is talking to you in some desperate need of a job everyone has a self respect and in an interview process when you step down to this level it just shows how unprofessional you are
