I did a total of four interviews. One phone interview, one with the recruiter, one with the manager and lead, and one with the VP. It feels like a college campus and questions were relatively easy. Considering a lot of time was spent on interviewing, you would think they would be considerate enough to respond to your inquiries. The only time the recruiter or anyone responds or takes the time to speak with you is when they are seeking you out. I sent an email to ask for additional information and for feedback regarding my interviews. As a recruiter you should have excellent customer service and at least respond. It took a week and a half for all the interviews and taking time off work to get no response.. thanks

If your resume stood out then you'll be sent a quick personality test to take. If your personality matches up with the company/role then you'll get an invite for the initial phone call interview. If you pass that then you'll be invited to a video interview . Whole process took 3 days and overall a great interviewing experience.
