First, I had an interview with recruiter based in US, after two months from my application. Extremely scripted interview from the recruiter side, that almost felt I was talking with an AI avatar. In the salary expectation question, instead of letting me to answer, he just jumped and said what salary range I should expect. Still decided to progress and I had interview with hiring manager. He said he is rebuilding the sales team, as many of them has left. As I explored details about the role expectations, information shared by recruiter and what the job description says, there was clear misalignment and he said he would need to review the job description. I reached out via email to both of them and I got no response about my process. I exchanged messages with a person who worked in the same previous company as me (but in another region), and now he is working for Axway, and he told me I am not missing anything for not working there.

I had eight interviews, one face to face and one virtual presenation. My final interview was with an SVP. I was asked questions about my technology experience, deal size and skills.
