Meeting a head of department and HR manager. First HR manager asked some questions, then a line manager, then the latter did a short presentation of the company and the position.
Entrevista amigable, procedimiento justo.
Preguntas técnicas y de gestión.
El proceso de respuesta y feedback es rápido.
Consta de varias fases y con varias personas. Tienen en cuenta varios aspectos, no solamente el técnico.
A couple of interviews with a code challenge in between for later on having an interview with HR. Was a bit difficult, but could be done. Quite kind the people.
