Not sure how many rounds in total but supposedly 3 to 4 rounds. First would be a HR call, then next is hiring manager round and then another with HR executive. Each round is about a week apart can be mixed of both virtual or in person. Manager ask alot of questions on job scenario so be prepare on this , and might also ask about your personality and character. HR wise is more on assessing your personality - this will really depends if HR vibe with you. Totally not about your skill i feel ( so it may be an inaccurate and redundant round but you have to get through this). Overall feel the culture is kind of conservative and not as agile as other tech firm. From the conversation - company seems to be on the inflexible side in terms of culture.. not too sure . The last conversation is only they said you will hear back from the main hr contact person soon... Then never hear back again... so i guess if you hear back means you get the job.
