Extremely casual and friendly, took place in downstairs deli/grocery section of store. Manager had my resume in hand and went through it briefly before asking about availability. She was interested in my previous experience and wanted to know why I left previous position, what I knew about Avoca, what I liked about Avoca.

Very relaxed, met with manager in at table in coffee shop downstairs. She had my CV, asked a few short questions about previous experience and preferences re: what section to work in and my availability.
