This initial process was a video interview which was fairly straight forward and gave you plenty of instructions prior to the interview. You were given 30 seconds to prepare each answer and then 30 seconds to answer each question. This wasn’t made clear prior to answering so managing to fit everything in to this time slot was difficult.
