Had a call with the Director of Sales which was basically a conversation about my experience, how I planned to gather business, why I wanted to join the industry, etc. then I was allowed to talk to other members of the team to pretty much interview them, as much as they were interviewing me. All in all, a great experience to determine whether we were a match.
