Spoke with HR about the role and my experiences and they had me meet with the hiring manager. Met with the hiring manager and she said my past experiences and skills were exactly what the department needed. Only 15 minutes into the interview the hiring manager said she wanted me to do a panel interview the following week. Did not hear back after a week from the interview so I sent a follow up email and the hiring manager said she was going with another candidate. I asked for feedback and did not receive any, and they reposted the position again. Strangest thing I ever experienced in any interview
