Minimal. No violent felonies. Need for a pulse. Mostly telling you about the job and expectations that includes overtime and weekends that are mandatory. You will get a tour of the plant and you'll be given ppe for your tour.

Easy and simple, made me feel comfortable and gave a tour of the plant. They went over the basics and one thing they mentioned was always being available for possible overtime.

Entretien
First they have you fill out an application, they reviewed it called me in for an in-person interview with Human Resources. After that the manager came in and gave a tour of the plant. I got the job offer two days after the interview
