Show up early enough that you have time to read the company pamphlets in the waiting room. This company is proud of its history and culture, knowing their values is a big bonus. Be prepared for a junior and senior manager to sit in on your interview. This is an optimistic and positive company, indiviuals with a negative mindset will not fit in well.

As an intern your questions will vary depending on position. Know your area of expertise well and try to have relevant experience you can share. If you're in the computer science area leave a cd or thumbdrive that includes relevant programs you have written.

Came in for one day and had two separate interviews. One with two supervisors, and another with the other two supervisors. Felt more like a conversation than a question and answer. The whole process went pretty quickly. Got an offer less than a week later.

Entretien
Applied for internship about 3 hours away from where I live. Did the interview via video chat. Interviewed with two HR women who were extremely friendly and genuine. They had a nice mix of asking me questions, and also informing me about their company overview, and their day to day operations. The questions they asked me were very situational based.
